About this project
Turnkey fit-out of a hybrid operating room, from structural preparation through to equipment installation and final commissioning. The project required close coordination between the civil, mechanical, electrical and vendor teams to deliver a fully compliant surgical environment within a demanding hospital programme. Creative Solutions served as the single point of accountability for the build-out phase, managing subcontractors and inspections on behalf of the hospital.
